Granola Bars

Yummy granola bars that you will bake a again and again. Simple, fast, filling, healthy, and they taste way better than any granola bar your going to buy at the store!

  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 1/3 cup diced or sliced almonds
  • 1/3 cup sliced pecans
  • 1/3 cup lightly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  1. Mix all dry ingredients then mix in the wet, will be crumbly when mixed. Grease 11x13 pan.
  2. Press dough firmly in pan with knuckles (it hurts a little because of the nuts). Bake 325F for 20-23 minutes or until edges are browned. Let cool completely.
  3. Loosen edges and cut into ten bars. Take them out of pan and put into a airtight container..
